This non-refundable deposit ensures your order of a beef that will be processed in the  spring -fall of 2026. 
Please note, exact processing date info may not be available at this time, but we will get you on the schedule!  Grain fed are usually spring/summer and Grass feds are out as much as possible on greens until Fall.
 
Based off hot carcass weight per pound prices are as follows:
Grass Whole-$5.35
Grass Half-$5.65
Grass Quarter-$6.25
 
Grain Whole-$4.35
Grain Half-$4.65
Grain Quarter-$5.25
 
 
 
The deposit will be credited to your total balance due. You will be responsible for the remaining balance due at time of processing.
